Sometimes we think of meditation as something we need to do, as if it were something separate and apart from what we do every day as we experience our lives. We hear many instructions about How To...Meditate, again as if it is something different and apart from ourselves. Actually, meditation is the most natural state of a human being and even animals "meditate". Meditation when thinking about something, a principle or a person or an event, is called contemplation and meditation is a word reserved for an empty mind. What does that mean, an empty mind? I am going to leave you with that thought today, AN EMPTY MIND, what does it mean to you to experience an empty mind.
